Starbucks Partner Hub Onboarding



In collaboration with Mentor Creative Group, I lead the design and user experience for revising the Starbucks employee Partner Hub Onboarding process. When a new employee begins their career at Starbucks, they are required to go through this process to gain access to the internal Partner Hub. Therein they have access to schedules, tools and other important information. Prior to the redesign this was an 8+ screen process which took too much time for employees to complete. It felt daunting and overwhelming. With this redesign the process was shaved down to 1 screen that provided all the information in a clean and easily understandable way. The design was also brought into their new employee design standards. It was my responsibility to handle client email requests and onsite presentations. Final deliverables included redlines for their developers and organized PSDs with JPEG references.

RealAdvisr Experience and Website







In collaboration with Mentor Creative Group, I worked with a small team to help create the overall user experience, brand tone and design for the RealAdvisr website. The process started at ground zero, developing user journeys for both the real estate brokers (Advisors) and the clients they would help through this new website. I then assisted in creating mood boards to evaluate the direction we would go in for the design. After completing a taxonomy exploration I created the brand and voice guide for their company.
